Greater Pike Community Foundation has postponed its 22nd Annual Community Workshop scheduled for 4/14.
The children’s book sale scheduled at the Hughes Library for April 26 has been cancelled.
Stroudsburg Area School District will be offering Grab-and-Go bagged breakfast and lunch meals for students during the COVID-19 School Closure. Breakfast and lunch Grab-and-Go meals can be picked up between 10 AM and 1 PM, Monday through Friday, beginning Tuesday, March, 17th. Pickup locations within the District for Grab-and-Go meals will be Arlington, Chipperfield, Hamilton, and Stroudsburg High School no matter which school students attend within the District.
The East Stroudsburg Area School District! will distribute FREE grab-and-go school lunches for those 18 years of age and younger between 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM at both North and South High Schools and at Middle Smithfield Elementary, every weekday, Monday through Friday, starting Monday, March 16.
Pocono Mountain School District will begin offering students grab-and-go meal service beginning Tuesday, March 17, 2020, between the hours of 9 a.m. to noon. One bagged lunch and one breakfast item will be provided for each child each day for as long as supplies last.
The Pleasant Valley School District will begin offering grab-and-go meal service beginning Tuesday, March 17, 2020, between the hours of 9 AM and Noon at the Pleasant Valley High.

Wallenpaupack Area School District: Will begin offering a free grab and go breakfast and lunch program for all students between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. beginning Tuesday, March 17. Student(s) will need to be present for the pickup of meals. Students can pick up breakfast and lunch at the following locations: Wallenpaupack High School (gym foyer – Door 25); Wallenpaupack South Elementary (Cafeteria – door by parking lot); Blooming Grove Baptist Church, 550 Route 402, Blooming Grove; and Central Fire Station, 574 Westcolang Road, Hawley.
