Anna is most well known as an actress, first and foremost for her role in the movie "Up in the Air" in 2009. Anna was born in Maine, and her father is a History teacher and her mother is an accountant. Her performing career began when she was 10 years old. Over the years she was an actress in various movies such as "Rocket Science," "The Marc Pease Experience," "Scott Pilgrim vs the World" and "What to Expect When You're Expecting." Avril Lavigne got her music career started early since she had already performed on stage with Shania Twain by age 15, and by 16 she already has a signed record deal. She grew up in Ontario,a nd was actually named after the month of April (in French.) She was a star growing up by singing popular somngs at fairs and also singing in church. Fast-forwarding through her lengthy history, she's on her 5th studio album. The album is expected to finally be released in September, but it has taken so long since shet hand-wrote most of the songs in the album...and there actually may be so many songs, she is considering releasing back-to-back albums. Selena Gomez and the Scene was founded by none other than herself, Selena Gomez. She was also the star of Disney's 'Wizards of Waverly Place' and is responsible for the groups two platinum certified records 'Naturally' from 2009 and 'Who Says' from 2011! Selena has had a very extensive history in TV and films, including most recently 'Ramona and Beezus' in 2010 with one of the two lead female roles. As far as Selena Gomez and the Scene goes, their success can only be attributed to the number of records that they sell each time a record debuts, which in sales averages between 60 and 70 thousand copies. Selena and the band then took a break in 2012 as she took a break from music to focus on acting. Pitbull was born to Cuban parents in Miami. Flash forward to recent days, in 2011 Pitbull relesed his follow-up English Album 'Planet Pit' in June and sold nearly 500 thousand copies by the time the album wasout for only 48 hours. His next album, 'Global Warming' was released late in 2012. Pitbull was also a huge part of the Men in Black 3 soundtrack, with the song 'Back in Time', which uses 'Love Is Strange' by Mickey & Sylvia. Another single was 'Feel This Moment' featuring singer-songwriter Christina Aguillera.

Best known for her huge hit in 2007, Sara Bareilles is an american singer and songwriter...she also plays the piano in many of her songs. Sara also plays the guitar, ukulele, and harmonium. She has achieved much success selling over 1 million albums, and over 4 million singles in teh U.S. alone. She has also been nominated for a Grammy 3 times. Plain White T's are a pop/punk band from Chicago that formed back in 1997.Currently the band is comprised of Thomas John (Tom) Higgenson on lead vocals and acoustic guitar, De'Mar Hamilton on drums and backing vocals, Dave M. Tirio on rhythm guitar and backing vocals, Tim G. Lopez on lead guitar and vocals, Michael (Mike/Mick)Retondo on bass and backing vocals. In 2006 the band made their breakthrough in to the mainstream. That was when they had their #1 song thus far, 'Hey There Delilah.' Fall Out Boy is an American Punk band from Wilmette, IL. The bad contains the following members: vocalist/guitarist Patrick Stump, bassist Pete Wentz, guitarist Joe Trohman, and drummer Andy Hurley. Peior to Fall Out Boy, the guys played in a local underground hardcore band. Their biggest album 'From Under the Cork Tree' in 2005 achieved double platinum status and contained songs like 'Sugar, We're Goin' Down' and 'Dance, Dance.' Fast foward to 2013, and the group announced they were going to make a comeback with a new album titled 'Save Rock and Roll.' Following the announcement, the group released their latest song 'My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark (Light Em Up).' The group also appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live in February, and are about to go on tour later this month which they are calling their 'Save Rock and Roll Tour' which will wrap up in June. The album has already proved successfull, as it debuted at #1 on the charts, selling 154 thousand copies.

Walk Off The Earth is an Indie band from Ontario and has made a name for themselves by covering music from other bands. The music is usuallu published on YouTube for everyone to check out after Gianni Luminati Nicassio check's everything out (Group Producer). Some of their biggest claims to fame are the covers they did of songs like 'Somebody I Used to Know' which accumulated over 127 million views in just 4 months on YouTube. Both Gotye and Kimbra acknowledged the cover with positive responses. A few other covers the group has done are, 'Party Rock Anthem,' 'Someone Like You' and 'Payphone.' Their R.E.V.O. album was just released last month, and they have just about wrapped up their tour, with their last U.S. date in New York last week. Icona Pop is an ecclectic group which is formally known as a 'Swedish DJ electro house duo' with Indie and Swedish pop influences. The names of the duo...Hjelt and Jawo. It all got started when they met at a party in 2009, and they began writng music...which after several years started to show some success. They are currently working on their debut album which is self-titled, the song 'I Love It' soared to the top of the Swedish Singles chart. On the Billboard Hot 100, it is currently charted at number 16, and climbing. The song was also in the video game Need for Speed: Most Wanted, a German commercial for Coca-Cola Light, the theme song to the series Snooki & JWoww, and also an episode of the TV series Girls. Britt's real name is Brittany Nicole Wendell, and she is an American singer and songwriter. She has primarily been on the charts for Christian Pop, but her recent song 'Gold' has moved over to regular Pop charts as well. She began singing in church as she grew up in Kannapolis, NC. In High School, she even had the opportunity to sing with the advanced chorus group and they went on to perform at Carnegie Hall. She also graduated from Duke's Brightleaf Music Workshop. Her third album 'Gold' was just released in March of 2013. It charted at 41 on the Billboard Top 200 chart. Florida Georgia Line is a country music duo Brian Kelley (from Florida) and Tyler Hubbard (from Georgia.) Both of them played the guitar in high school. Eventually in Nashville they met at Belmont University. FL/GA Line also performed at the 2012 Country Throwdown Tour. They're an up and coming group, and just signed with Republic Nashville last year. They are most well-known for their song 'Cruise' off their second EP album which has 5 songs called 'It'z Just What We Do.' The duo also created a version of 'Cruise' with Nelly. Ariana is very talented, she not only is an acrtress, but she sings and dances as well. She made her first debut on Broadway at age 15. You may know her best from the Nickelodeon show 'Victorious' as Cat Valentine (the red haired girl). She will also be in a spin-off of Victorious and iCarly called 'Sam & Cat.' Ariana also sang as a solo in various symphonies, like South Florida’s Philharmonic, Pops and Symphonia Orchestras. She's currently working on her debut album 'Daydreamin' which should be released sometime in 2013. Ariana thinks her music is very direct and honest about things going on in her life. She also says there is a lot of 50s and 60s inspiration mixed with today's sound. The album was inspired by artists like Amy Winehouse, Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, Alicia Keys, Fergie, Katy Perry, and Madonna. Macklemore is an American rapper/musician, and formerly he was known as Professor Macklemore. He is known for his work with Ryan Lewis who is his producer and a violinist. He released his studio debut album 'The Heist' which was released in October 2012. It also came in at #2 on the Billboard 200 Chart, selling over 78,000 copies in the first week of sale. His parents were very supportive of his musical interests as he grew up, which helped him accelerate in his career, although he did have some stumbling blocks along the way with some substance abuse. In the Fall of 2012, he went on tour to promote his new album. Macklemore and Ryan Lewis will be among headliners at several music festivals in Summer 2013, including the Paid Dues festival at San Bernardino, California in March 2013, Sasquatch! Music Festival at George, Washington in May 2013, and the Squamish Valley Music Festival at Squamish, BC in August 2013.

Alabama Shakes is an American rock band formed in Athens, Alabama in 2009. The group is comprised of lead singer and guitarist Brittany Howard, guitarist Heath Fogg, bassist Zac Cockrell, keyboard player Ben Tanner, and drummer Steve Johnson. They were also nominated three times in the 2013 Grammy Awards for Best New Artist, Best Rock Performance with their song 'Hold On.' The group first appeared on National TV on Conan in early 2012 when they performed 'Hold on' and 'I Ain't the Same.' Last April, they performed on the 'Late Show with David Letterman' for his birthday. In September they performed at 'Bestival' at the Isle of Wight along with Stevie Wonder and 'The xx.' The band was previously known as Iglu & Hartly, but after they broke up in 2011, they re-joined their forced as Youngblood Hawke. The band is based out of Silverlake, Los Angeles which is where their entire debut album was developed. Matchbox Twenty is a pop group from Orlando, and they have been together since 1995. The group members are made up of Rob Thomas (lead vocals, piano), Paul Doucette (drums, rhythm guitar, backing vocals), Kyle Cook (lead guitar, backing vocals), Brian Yale (bass guitar), and touring drummer Stacy Jones (drums). Over the years they have put together four albums...the latest of which is 'North' which was released in September 2012. The single 'She's So Mean' was released off that album...and the group is presently touring worldwide to promote their latest album. on February 27th, the group came to town and performed at the Sands Bethelehem Event center for over 2 hours! Passion Pit is an indie rock group that originated from Cabridge, MA and is comprised of Michael Angelakos (lead vocals, keyboards), Ian Hultquist (keyboards, guitar), Xander Singh (synthesizer), Jeff Apruzzese (bass, synth bass), and Nate Donmoyer (drums). All of these guys attended the Berklee College of Music in Boston. Angelakos is the only exception, he attended Emerson College. Beck in 2002 when she was just getting her start, she earned five Grammy Awards for her song 'Fallin.' Back in November she released her fifth studio album 'Girl on Fire' from which her current song is from. The song has peaked at 11 on the Billboard Top 100 charts and she performed in conjunction with Maroon 5 during the 2013 Grmmy Awards in February. Jason got his start in a coffee house 13 years ago, in San Diego (How I picture most artists should come to fame!) This is where he met percussionist Toca Rivera. From there, he released his debut album 'Waiting for my Rocket to Come' which contained his first hit 'The Remedy.' Around that same time he had released another live acoustic album called 'Live at Java Joe's.' Fast-forwared to the present, and Jason just released his 4th studio album, titled 'Love is a four Letter Word' in 2012. Interestingly, Jason eats a lot of raw-vegan foods to be very concious of his health. He was engaged at one point, but revealed in 2011 that that was no longer the case. He owns an Avacado Farm just outside of San Diego...and is a strong advocate for preserving the earth.

Swedish House Mafia is a group made up of three deejays and producers from Sweden, Axwell, Steve Angello, and Sebastian Ingrosso. The group ranked at #10 in the DJ Magazine top 100 poll taken in 2011. The group is pretty much done with touring, and claims their last one was their last for good. Upcoming, they plan on February 28th at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York for Sandy Relief. They have two Albums, 'Until One' and 'Until Now.' Their latest claim to fame is their song 'Don't You Worry Child.'

Emeli is a Scottish artist and songwriter who became popular after some of her work with the rapper 'Chipmunk' in 2009. She was primarily raised in Aberdeenshire, and grew up to study medicine at University of Glasgow and dropped out in her fourth year. She figured if her music career failed, she would have something to fall back on. She wrote her first song for a school talent show and at age 15 she was invited to London by Choice FM for a competition. A record company offered to sign her, but management at the competition decided against the offer. Her parents started sending cd's to BBC Radio 1Xtra, which got airplay on 'Homegrown Sessions.' Her first single from her first album was released in April 2011 called 'Heaven.' 'Daddy' was the second, and the name of the album was 'Our Version of Events.' Emeli has had an exciting personal life...she was engaged one year ago, and got married in September in Montenegro.

Grace Potter & The Nocturnals is an alternative rock band from Vermont. The originally formed as an indie band, but then converted over to more of an alternative style. They are responsible for doing a lot of their own production as well as touring in a lot of music festivals and have had upwards of 200 gigs per year! Many compare Grace Potter's sound to that of Janis Joplin, which is why many feel has lead to their success thus far. Another way they became recognized was through some of their work being featured on the TV series 'One Tree Hill.' He was born in Oklahoma and his father was a used car salesman and his mother ran a beauty salon. Blake lost his older brother Richie in a car accident in 1990. Blake began singing at a young age (12) and from there sprouted out, and moved to Nashville by age 17 to work on his musical career. She got started in performing at a very young age with stage productions and TV shows. in 1997 she signed with Jive Records and then released her studio debut album 'Baby One More Time' in 1999. 'Baby One More TIme' and 'Oops...I did it Again' became international hits, and her first two albums broke pop record sales nationally. Britney has quite the impressive resume starting when she was a kid ranging from all of her success in acting and performing. Britney always had her sights set high to achive a level of stardom like Madonna, Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston and Janet Jackson, however she has proven herself quite successful in what she has done. In recent years, she released her seventh studio album, Femme Fatale with the lead single coming off the album 'Hold It Against Me' which debuted at number 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts. This was followed by a second single 'Till the World Ends' and a third 'I Wanna Go.' All of these songs made it into the top 10, and the album is known as her most successful to-date. There was also a fourth song released off the album 'Criminal' although successful, it did not reach the status of the previous three releases. Another notable moment was when Britney did a remix of 'S&M' alongside Rihanna which also soared to Number 1. In 2012 Britney became a judge for the 'X-Factor' drawing a salary of 15 million dollars. Train is a pop/rock band from San Francisco comprised of Pat Monahan on vocals, Jimmy Stafford on the guitar, and Scott Underwood on the drums. They first rose to popularity in 1998 with their debut album 'Train' containing the song 'Meet Virginia' which was followed by their next album 'Drops of Jupiter' which contained the hit song Drops of Jupiter in 2001 and won 2 Grammy's in 2002. Presently they have most recently released their sixth studio album titled 'California 37' featuring their hit 'Drive By' which has already been certified RIAA Platinum. Muse is an English Rock Band from Teignmouth, Devon and cosists of Matthew Bellamy on lead vocals, piano, and keyboard, Chris Wolstenhome on bass, vocals, keyboard, rhythm guitar and harmonica, and Dominic Howard on percussion. Colette is an American singer and rapper from Southern California. She is currently working on her debut album 'Skitszo' which is scheduled for release in 2013. Her first single off the album was released in 2011 called '(We Do It) Primo.' The album was aptly named for her schizophrenic Uncle. Colette also reached number 1 on Billboard's Uncharted artists chart. She began her interest in music when she was just a kid and she wrote lyrics and song titles all over the walls while listening to her walkman, (this was the 90's, so we are sure the Backstreet Boys and the Spice Girls were on the wall somewhere). She was orginally aspiring to be a competitive tennis player, but a severe back injury caused her to persue a new dream - if she continues playing, she would become paralyzed. Hunter is a country singer/songwriter originally from Louisiana. He says his musical interests began when he was 2 years old when his grandmother bought him a toy accordion. By age four, he was all over the television on shows like Maury, Rosie O'Donnell and the game show 'Figure It Out.' At age six he received his first guitar from Robert Duvall. By 13, he was on 'America's Most Talented Kids' where he performed Hank William's 'Hey Good Lookin.' In 2008, he decided he wanted to be in the center of it all so he moved from Louisiana to the heart of the action for country music, Nashville, TN. In 2011, Hunter had the honor of being the opening act for Taylor Swift during her 'Speak Now World Tour' for 10 dates. Since then, he has been abitiously working on his self-titled album, from which the debut single 'Storm Warning' was released from. One Republic is a Rock band from Colorado. The group officially formed in 2002 with Ryan Tedder and Zach Filkins, who first started the idea when they met in High School in 1996. At first, they were achieving success on MySpace. They made history in the radio world with their first single 'Apologize' hit the airwaves, with over 10,000 plays per week. The later was later broken with 'Bleeding Love' by Leona Lewis, a song which Tedder also co-wrote. Moving on to 2012, the group announced they would be releasing their album 'Native' in January 2013, with songs like 'Life in Color', featured in a Ralph Lauren commercial. The first single released off the groups third album 'Native' was 'Feel Again' and was performed on Good Morning America in August. The group attributes their influence and success to groups like the Beatles and U2 in days past, and more recently The Fray and Maroon 5.

The Script is an alternative rock band formed in Dublin in 2001. The group is composed of Danny O'Donoghue and Mark Sheehan. It wasn't until 2007 that things really started taking off for the group. They performed 'We Cry' on Dublin TV for the first time which was then released as a debut single in April 2008. From there, the rest became history with numerous perfroemances, and singles being released, sometimes in rapid fire. Their thirs album, #3 was released just this past October. 'Hall of Fame' is the lead single off the album, and it features wll.i.am. The Script also kicked off MLB postseason in New York City by prforming a live concert in the MLB Fancave.

Carrie also has her own spot in the Guinness Book of World Records, after mounting 12 number one hits on the Billboard Hot Country Charts, after beating her tie with Reba McEntire of 11 hits between 1991 and present. She was Oklahoma born and raised on a farm, with her father working in a sawmill, and mother being a teacher. She got her start singing in her church choir and performed in multiple talent shows. in 2001, she graduated as salutatorian of her class, but also decided to give up her dream of singing. Fast forward to 2004, Carrie was inspired to get back into singing,a nd auditioned for American Idol. During the final, she sang 'Bless the Broken Road' with Rascal Flatts which sent her home as the winner of season four of American Idol. It earned her a recording contract worth 1 million bucks, the use of a private jet for a year, and a covertible Ford Mustang. Currently on the Hot 100, her song 'Blown Away' which peaked at #2 on the Hot Country Charts.

His real name is Peter Gene Hernandez. He gained the nickname 'Bruno' from his father when he was two years old, because he had a resemblance of a pro wrestler. Bruno has always had a very big interest in music, even from a very young age. He was raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. His two first claim-to-fame songs were where he lended vocals to B.o.B in the song 'Nothin' on You' and also to Travie McCoy in his song 'Billionare.' This band is a rock band from Nevada. They competed in several Battle of the Band competitions and finally began officially recording in 2009. They have then continued on to work on their debut album titled 'Night Visions' which was released the day after Labor Day this past September. Psy is a South Korean singer, songwriter among many other titles he holds has a very popular and trending song called 'Gangnam Style' which has gone viral on YouTube. Psy was also drafted for military service, in which he servied...however was re-drafted because he did not serve an entire term. He said he gained a lot from that experience. Psy also went to school at Boston College and Berklee College of Music. He was also nicknamed the 'Bizarre Singer' because of his untraditional and unique style.

Linkin Park has a quite extensive history, but most recently they have been targeting to release a new album once every 18 months. Their latest album 'Living Things' was released earlier this year, from which 'Burn it Down' was released in April 2012. The band also performed 'Burn it Down' at the 2012 Billboard Music Awards. Also, the final track of the album will be featured during the closing credits of 'Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter.' Several bands that heavily influenced Linkin Park's music are Nine Inch Nails, and the Deftones.

Hedley is a punk rock band from Vancouver, Canada. The group formed in 2004 and consists of Jacob Hoggard, Kevin Giesbrecht, Kevin Heeres, Ryan Federau, and Brandon McKay. Jacob was bet by the band he couldn't make it to the top 3 of Canadian Idol...he proved them wrong, and won the bet of 150 bucks. They had a debut single called 'On My Own' which hit number 1 on the Canadian Singles chart. Most recently, they released their fourth studio album titled 'Storms', and a single earlier this year called 'Kiss You Inside Out.'

This crew is an alternative folk-rock band from Denver, Colorado. The band consists of multi-talented musicians like Wesley Schultz on guitar and lead vocals, Jeremiah Fraites on drums, percussion, mandolin and vocals, and Neyla Pekarek on cello, mandolin, piano, and vocals. He also studied Industrial Systems Technologies at Albany Technical College. His love of music goes back to when he was 14 years old when he formed a band with his brother-in-law. His favorite singer is Johnny Lang, and he also admires Dave Matthews and likes Mumford and Sons and Tool. Phil describes his music as a mix between jazz and alternative rock. Of Monsters and Men is a 6 piece Indie Rock group from Iceland that utilize a wide variety of instrumentation including horns and accordions. In 2010, they were invited to perform at the Iceland Airwaves festival. In September 2011, they released their song 'My Head is an Animal' which soared to number 1 in Iceland along with a single released from the album 'Little Talks' also hitting number 1. They released 'My Head is an Animal' in April 2012 in the United States, and performed in Montreal earlier in August 2012.

Gloriana is a country group comprised of brothers Mike and Tom Gossin and Rachel Reinert. The group formed in 2008, and had a fourth member up until late 2011, Cheyenne Kimball who played the mandolin and also was 'America's Most Talented Kid' on Epic Records. Gloriana plans to release their second studio album 'A Thousand Miles Left Behind' on July 31st. From that album, '(Kissed You) Good Night' was released as a single last October, and was heard on the Bachelorette and the music video first made its debut on ABC Family. Owl City is considered an American Electronica band created by Adam Young. Adam came up with the idea of Owl City when he was loading and unloading trucks at a job he held in Minnesota where he is from. Owl City gained most of it's popularity from the release of the album 'Ocean Eyes' which included the quadruple-platinum hit 'Fireflies.' He grew up listening to his father's Jazz records, which then got him very interested in Blues and Soul from artists like Donny Hathaway and Stevie Wonder. Earlier this year, his song 'Too Close' was featured in an Internet Explorer 9 commercial, which then soon after made the song debut at number 68 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts. Graffiti6 is a duo from London (Jamie Scott - Vocals and Tommy "D" Danvers - Producer). Scott originally was thinking of having Tommy produce his work, but then they decided to create original stuff together as Graffiti6. Their music has been heard on various different TV shows like 'One Tree Hill', "Grey's Anatomy' and 'CSI: NY' to name a few. She has been rocking the charts in the U.K. this year with songs like "Hot Right Now" (alongside DJ Fresh) and "R.I.P." She is also spending the entire summer opening for Coldplay. She was born in Ygoslavia, but would be too young to remember since she moved to the U.K. with her parents before she was a year old. Her first title track was with Craig David called 'Awkward' in 2007. In 2009, she started getting in to singing in bars all around London. She then caught Jay-Z's attention and he featured here on Roc Nation with Skullcandy for a Roc Nation & Skullcandy promotion. Sia's full name is Sia Furler. She was born in Australia. Her father was a muscian in various different groups, so Sia grew up around music. What is really interesting is Sia's parents gained enough money to get her snaggletooth removed, but if she did that, she would not be able to attend school in Italy...so she chose Italy. She did lots of Karaoke singing over there...to American songs by having the crowd clap along to songs like 'Lean On Me' by Bill Withers. Haley is from Illinois, and she placed 3rd in the 10th Season of American Idol. This comes as no surprise as both her parents are musicians, for the group 'Midnight' which is a cover band for rock songs from the 60's, and 70's. Haley has even performed with them! She has been singing since she was 8 years old. She studied Jazz in college, and had the chance to perform with her High School band in Switzerland at a Jazz Festival. Even though she only placed 3rd on Idol, she was #1 among YouTube views for anyone else on the show that season, securing over 1 million views on four of her covers of songs like 'House of the Rising Sun' and 'Rolling in the Deep.' Haley also auditioned for season 9 of Idol, but did not advance.

Havana's given name is Angelique Munier. She is a DJ, artist and a dancer. She signed on as a DJ for Island Records Australia in 2008. Before that, she had planned to sign with a group in the U.K. called Fishbowl, but that fell through, so she returned to Australia to work with promoters and work small DJ venues. Havana supported Rhianna and the Pussy Cat Dolls when they came to tour in Australia, and she even supported Britney Spears when she toured Europe. She also supported Chris Brown's tour in Australia. Havana then produced a triple platinum song called 'We Run the Night' which sold 210 thousand copies in Australia. In the US, she was signed to Universal, and Pitbull came into play and helped the song peak at number one for 'US Hot Dance Club Songs.' She was very influenced by Janet Jackson who inspires her to want all there is to have with putting on a great show. Grouplove is a rock band that formed here in the U.S. in 2010. It is made up of Hannah Hooper, Christian Zucconi, Sean Gadd, Andrew Wessen and Ryan Rabin. Ryan actually produced their first EP which was released by the group independently. It was later re-released by Canvasback/Atlantic. Never Trust a Happy Song was also released and produced by Rabin in 2011. The group formed which just a bunch of friends hanging out in New York City, but also is attributed to knowing each other from an artist commune in 2008. They quickly became known as USA Today ranked their song 'Colours' as number 12 for alternative music. The groups current song Tongue Tied was also featured on an iPad Touch Commercial in 2011. Her debut album came out in August 2011 called 'Saxobeats' and it spawned off another single called 'Get Back (ASAP).' The song 'Mr. Saxobeat' really was released in the summer of 2010, when it rocketed to the top of the Romanian Hot 100 charts. Neon Trees is an alternative rock band from the western US. The band was formed by Tyler Glenn. His father was a designer of neon signs, hence partially where the name of the group came. Tyler Glenn is on vocals and keyboards, Chris Allen is on guitar and vocals, Branden Campbell is on bass guitar and vocals and Elaine Bradley is on drums, percussion and vocals. The band was the opening act for the Killers on their 2008 tour. They are also planning to be the opening act for My Chemical Romance in their upcoming tour. The band is also notorious for doing cover songs such as Ben E. King's 'Stand By Me,' and Justin Bieber's 'Baby.' The group ws also featured on Daryl Hall's monthly internet concert and they performed some cover's of Hall and Oates songs. The Neon Trees beat out Mumford and Sons, Train and Linkin Park for alternative song of the year with their song 'Animal.'

She made various appearances on one of the Jonas' Brother movies, and also alongside Selena Gomez in the 'Princess Protection Program.' She also made a guest appearance on 'Grey's Anatomy.' Justin's was born in Canada, and he also acts and writes his own sings as well as performs them. He was discovered in 2008 by Scooter Braun off of YouTube. Justin was quickly set in arranged meeting with Usher in Atlanta, Georgia and was then signed to Raymond Braun Media Group. Justin also obtained the designation of Artist of the Year at the American Music Awards in 2010, and Best New Artist and Best Pop Vocal Artist at the 53rd Annual Grammy Awards Ceremony. Karmin is actually a couple that are engaged to each other; Amy Heidemann and Nick Noonan. They are best known for songs where they did covers, like for 'Party Rock Anthem' and 'Super Bass.' He is also part of a pop-trio from melbourne called 'The Basics' who have released 3 independent albums since 2002. Wouter was born in Belgium, and moved to Australia with his family at the young age of 2. Wouter also accredites Depech Mode and Kate Bush for inspiring him in his own music. While he was in his teens, he formed a group called 'Downstares' which disbanded after he graduated high school. Wouter had a house that became known as the 'Frat House' where friends would always be coming by and hanging out. One day, a big fan of the 'Downstares' group donated his late wife's entire record collection to Wouter, which further contributed to his inspiration and international success.

She originally planned on being a Marine Biologist! She was the big winner in the first season of American Idol in 2002. Her first claim to fame was her song 'A Moment Like This' in 2003 which had the largest leap on the Billboard Hot 100 charts from number 52 to number one. Clarkson was also ranked number 14 in the line-up of artists from the year 2000 to 2010. She also obtained two Grammy Awards and one and three MTV music awards.

Dev was born in Tracy, California as Devin Star Tailes. Dev was discovered by The Cataracs when they sampled her material, and was also sampled in Far East Movement's 'Like a G6.' She released her first single in December 2010 called 'Bass Down Low' which did very well in the United Kingdom. Foster the People is an Indie Pop band from Los Angeles composed of members: Mark Foster on vocals, keyboards, guitar and percussion, Mark Pontius on the drums and Cubbie Frank on bass and backing vocals. The band was originally named Foster & the People but it was misheard and it became Foster the People so they took the name and ran with it. They are most well known for their song 'Pumped Up Kicks' which has already climbed to number one on the Alternative charts and hit number 3 on the Billboard Hot 100. The song has been featured on various TV shows and commercials.
